Tabouli Salad

1/3 cup bulgur wheat
1 bunch of parsley leaves, finely chopped (Food Processor)
6 green onions, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Soak the bulgur wheat in water for approx. 20 minutes. Rinse, drain, and pat dry. Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
